Tofu Scrambler Breakfast

A vegetarian breakfast favorite. Tofu scrambler, breakfast strips, buttered toast and coffee.
To make the Tofu Scrambler:
1 12.3 oz package Morinaga Extra Firm Tofu
1/4 large tomato, diced
6 leaves baby kale, chopped
2 scallion tops, diced
salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, turmeric to taste
Crumble the tofu and add all ingredints to skillet and saute until kale is wilted. I do not use oil with this recipe,if it starts to stick add a little water.
