Olde Hearth Bread Company
Olde Hearth Bread Company No preservatives. No artificial flavors.
Most of our breads are Vegan.
Olde Hearth Bread Company, Orlando’s original artisan bakery, serves the area’s finest hotels, restaurants and caterers with natural, fresh-baked breads and rustic breakfast pastries. Olde Hearth’s commitment to quality has helped earned numerous awards and accolades, including the “2007 Entrepreneur of the Year” by Mercantile Commercial Capital and “2008 Industry Recognition” award from the Seminole County Chamber of Commerce.
Culinary artisans Shannon Talty and Janice Talty teamed up to create Olde Hearth Bread Company in 1998. Their original vision was to establish a retail and wholesale business offering high quality artisan breads and pastries. However, once Central Florida chef’s got a taste of Olde Hearth’s quality breads, their wholesale business ignited, giving the company a new focus and direction.
Olde Hearth purchases only the highest quality ingredients to create healthy and tasty products. Unbleached and unbromated flours and preservative-free ingredients are essential to our healthy baking process. Minimal automation and a commitment to old-world “hand-made” processing ensures our breads are pure and flavorful – all aspects of which are unique to this market.
Olde Hearth Bread Company is proud to have introduced the Slow Food movement to Central Florida.
